These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between you and Concrete+Wood Studio. By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below.

 

Appointment Bookings

 

  • All appointments should be made in advance by phone, online, or in person.
  • To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Please confirm or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • No appointment is considered booked unless you receive a confirmation from a member of our staff, either by phone or email.
  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service.
  • In case of a no-show without prior notice, a 100% charge will apply for the missed appointment.

 

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

 

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling.

 

Service Policy

 

  • At Concrete+Wood Studio, we specialize in luxury, customized color services designed to enhance your individual look. Many of our services—including balayage and corrective color—are multi-step, artistic processes, and results may vary based on your hair’s history, integrity, and long-term goals.
  • All services and products are final sale and non-refundable.
  • For major color services (including balayage, blonding, and corrective work), achieving the desired result may require multiple sessions to maintain the health and integrity of the hair. Exact results cannot be guaranteed in a single visit, especially when lightening or color correction is involved.
  • If you have any concerns with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary refinement to adjust tone or minor details, where appropriate. Requests for significant changes, transformations, or additional lightening may require booking a new service.
  • By booking an appointment and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the understanding of the progressive nature of advanced color services.
  • We value open communication and are committed to client satisfaction. We kindly ask that any concerns be brought to us directly so we may address them promptly. Initiating a payment dispute without first allowing us the opportunity to resolve the matter may result in documentation being provided to the payment processor, including service records, appointment confirmations, and acceptance of this policy.

 

Service Pricing

 

  • Prices for all services are listed on our website or in our salon.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be communicated to the client before service.
  • Prices mentioned on the website may be reflected based on the stylist, length, and complexity of the service.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is not satisfied with the price or service.

 

Payments

 

  • Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
  • For pre-booked services, a deposit may be required, especially for large or special occasion bookings. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours.

 

Gift Cards And Promotions

 

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed for services or products.
  • Promotions, discounts, and gift cards are subject to terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless specified.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of the appointment.
  • Promotions have an expiration date and may be revoked at any time.

 

Allergies And Health Considerations

 

  • All clients are required to inform the salon/stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment so we can ensure the best possible care.
  • In the event of any health or medical concerns, please consult your physician prior to booking or receiving certain services that includes chemical treatments, etc.
  • It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies or health conditions related to products used during your appointment.

  • We expect all clients to treat our staff and other customers with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior, including abusive language or actions.

  • We welcome children at the salon; however, we ask that children be supervised at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of other customers and guests.
  • Minors (under 18 years of age) will need a parent or legal guardian’s consent to receive services. A consent form may be provided before the appointment.
